Description of Services
Every service and repair job is fully assessed before work is started to identify any previously unknown repairs that may be required. Before any works is started advice will be provided on the best course of action and any options available to the Customer.
Servicing
Servicing included cleaning (inside & out), valve lapping and alignment, tuning slide clean & grease, polishing, replacemenbt of felts & springs as needed.
Repairs
Only repairs that the Customer has approved will be carried out following an assessment & consultation.
Recommendations will be made to ensure the instrument is in full working order.
Assessment
Prior to any servicing a full assessment of the instrument is carried to identify any repair work that might be needed. The Customer is provided with a full evaluation, along with pricing options, before any work is carried out.
Maintenance
Advise on general maintenance is provided, including cleaning techniques and basic repairs (felts & springs)
